The Laboratory of Animal Breeding and Husbandry has undertaken the development of special rations for the feeding of intensively fattening calves, the study of their application to animal material of the Omega Farms Group of Producers, the evaluation of the quality characteristics of the meat and the creation of the Project database. In addition, it contributes to market research on the commerciality of the meat produced and the dissemination of the results through targeted actions with workshops, electronic and printed materials.
